How quickly will I receive a reply?

We typically respond within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 am–6 pm WAT). Weekend queries are handled on the next business day.

I'm locked out of my account — what do I do?

Use the 'Forgot password' link on the login page. If you're still stuck, email us directly with your registered email address and we'll manually verify your identity.

Can I request a feature?

Absolutely! Select 'Feature Request' as the subject. We review all requests and prioritise them on our roadmap based on demand.

Do you offer phone support?

Phone and WhatsApp support is available on Growth and higher plans. Free plan users can reach us via email and the in-app ticket system.

Where can I find the documentation?

Full documentation, API references, and integration guides are available in the Help Centre (linked in your dashboard). Public docs are coming soon.
