WhatsApp is a first-class feature in peakmuv, powered by the Meta Business API. You send through your own verified WhatsApp Business phone number — giving you full branding control and high deliverability.
Phone Numbers
Before sending any WhatsApp message you must add and verify a WhatsApp Business phone number.
Go to WhatsApp → Phone Numbers → Add Number.
Enter the phone number and select your country.
Meta sends an OTP to that number. Enter it on the verification screen.
Once verified the number shows Active and is ready to use.
WhatsApp Templates

Go to WhatsApp → Templates → Create Template.
Set the template name (lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores only), category (Marketing, Utility, or Authentication), and language.
Add an optional Header — text, image, video, or document.
Write the Body — your message content. Use , etc. for variables that will be filled per-recipient.
Add an optional Footer and Buttons (quick reply or call-to-action).

Billing & Balance
How the Balance Works
peakmuv uses a prepaid credit system. Your balance is charged for each email, SMS, or WhatsApp message sent. The cost per message depends on your plan. When your balance runs out, campaign sends pause until you top up.
Topping Up Your Balance
Go to Billing and click Top Up on the balance card.
Enter the amount you want to add, or pick a preset: ₦1,000 · ₦2,500 · ₦5,000 · ₦10,000.
Click Pay with Paystack — you are taken to Paystack's secure payment page.
Complete payment. Your balance updates immediately after Paystack confirms it.
Transaction History
Every top-up and subscription payment appears in the Transaction History table at the bottom of the Billing page, showing date, amount, type (Top-up or Subscription), and status (Completed, Pending, or Failed).
